I am using a new Dell laptop with Windows 7 and IE 9.  The files were cleaned several times with the same result.  I get the same result on another laptop runnng XP and IE 8. Silverlight should be electric current as I updated all the Microsoft additions that were recommended. This problem seems to have started subsequently Hotmail went to Outlook.  My wife gets the same matter on her Dell laptop running Windows vii and IE 8. We have a desk summit with XP habitation and IE eight, same problem.   How could all the PCs have the same trouble that started later Hotmail went to Outlook.

Did you happen to read my mail service of March 31?  I am able to get into my business relationship using the link that appears at the top. Myconcern was equally stated the link lower right just to a higher place the Facebook/Twitter links that reads....   Outlook.com is temporarily unavailable, only information technology should be available again in a little while.  WE used to be able to use that link and it worked.

I found the problem.  I installed Firefox and it works fine.  In the upper left had corner on MSN homepage, outlook.com lists the number of unread emails.  In the lower hand corner on MSN homepage right higher up facebook, outlook.com shows me signed in. I moved IE9 cookies to Firefox and the problem started again (no number of unread emails & outlook.com shows "temporarily unavaible, will be back later & I cannot sign in), deleted cookied in Firefox and information technology works fine.  Only problem for me is I am an accountant and I have many cookies I cannot delete  in IE9 because they are linked to customers banking concern accounts, etc.  All the same; I have always had theses same cookies and the problem did not happen until a few days ago.  I cannot wipe IE9 make clean considering it will destroy my cookies.  Any aid to fix this?

I don't know why but the problem has resolved its self. I did not modify anything unless information technology was caused bycookies and some of them expired. I haven't deleted any on purpose. I still feel it was a Microsoft problem.
